IMS Performance Football is heading to Timaru in partnership with Northern Hearts AFC for a three-day football training camp this October school holidays.
Open to players from all clubs across Timaru and South Canterbury, the camp will provide three mornings of high-quality, intensive football development delivered by IMS Performance Football coaches.
Sessions will focus on technical development, decision-making, game understanding and confidence, alongside small-sided games, competitive challenges and plenty of opportunities for players to express themselves.
Whether you’re already part of Northern Hearts or play for another club in the region, you’re welcome to join us.
